Counter Top Water Filters Review
The Counter Top Water Filters System is an affordable device targeted at individuals and families who live in areas
that chlorinate the drinking water.
The system is a cost efficient yet performance-driven model that can provide reasonably pure drinking water.
The Counter Top Filter System is clearly a budget/entry-level device, however; it is fully compliant with NSF
and ANSI standards.
The main goal of the this filter system is to remove chlorine and taste from the water. One may become skeptical
because the device does not specify organisms or chemicals in which the filter blocks (besides chlorine, which was
made inherently obvious).
The product utilizes a carbon micro filter that is capable of filter down to 1.0 microns, which is a little
below average for water purifiers in the same category. One of the drawbacks - and perks, of the Counter Top Filter
System is the filters themselves. While they are not revolutionary or innovative, they use the same 10-inch
standard filter as other water purifiers.
The good news is you can find them commonplace, without having to search online or buy direct from the
manufacturer. The bad news is that the filters are a just a hair above adequate. The CounterTop Water Filters is
not a blemish on counters; however, it isn't exactly the Mona Lisa either. It will undoubtedly stand out if paired
with a black countertop, however; looks aren't everything.
The device is small and compact, ideal for apartments and studios where tenants cannot alter internal
components, such as the plumbing. Additionally, the system does not intrude on garbage disposals, which can be a
pain when installing under sink units. Do not let the negative aspects of this water filter system draw you away
from the product. In terms of water purifiers for the price, it is a phenomenal deal.
As a water purifier, it does the job with flying colors, however; health fanatics will be the only crowd passing
this deal up.
